<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device for a sliding door, improved in operability and visibility such as to be able to draw attention from a pedestrian and a driver of a rear or side vehicle by enabling a road surface to be irradiated. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply device comprises a vehicle body 10 of a vehicle 1, the sliding door 60R<SB>1</SB>capable of being opened or closed along a side face 11 of the vehicle body 10, and a wiring harness 50 routed from the vehicle body 10 to the sliding door 60R<SB>1</SB>. Accessories 70R<SB>1</SB>, 80R<SB>1</SB>, capable of being operated by the power supplied through the wiring harness 50, are equipped on the sliding door 60R<SB>1</SB>. Light emitting devices 70R<SB>1</SB>, 80R<SB>1</SB>for lightening the periphery of the sliding door 60R<SB>1</SB>are used as the accessories 70R<SB>1</SB>, 80R<SB>1</SB>. When the sliding door 60R<SB>1</SB>is in an opened state to the vehicle body 10, light source parts 71, 81 of the light emitting devices 70R<SB>1</SB>, 80R<SB>1</SB>can directly irradiate the downward or backward direction of the sliding door 60R<SB>1</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
