The device has an outer base plate (1) for attachment to the operating arrangement with a connection arrangement, e.g. terminals or plugs, a wall part (2) on the base plate with cable lead through openings, a removable lid (3) and connecting bolts (6). The wall part is removably attached to the base plate by shape-locking elements perpendicular to the base plate. The lid is fixed to the base plate with bolts while fixing the intermediate wall part.
