<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and accurately cope with even the needs for fund operation and financial reduction of delivery companies belonging to group companies in addition to the saving of stamp fee by abolishment of settlement by bills and increase in the efficiency of bill issuing operation. <P>SOLUTION: This accounts receivable processing device is installed in an account receivable processor, undertakes debts related to accounts receivable produced between a deliverer as a creditor and a payer as a debtor, and performs a due payment and prepayment for the deliverer. The account receivable processing device comprises an account receivable information storage means for receiving and storing information on batch-processed accounts receivable, a fund operation application and accepting part 31 for providing information on prepayment-requested debts on the receivables of the debtors and accepting the application of fund operation, and a due collective payment processing part 34 for performing the prepayment based on the information on prepayment and performing the collective due payment based on the information on a balance obtained by deducting the prepaid amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
