The refrigerant remaining in liquid form is collected in manifolds 20 and passed through heat sinks 26, 30, 32 in the computer chassis to a return line 13 to the refrigeration unit (not shown). The expansion valve 10 is controlled by a temperature-sensitive element 12, e.g. a thermistor, in the return line 13. The flow of refrigerant through the tubes 16 is equalized by appropriate arrangement of the logic modules on the cold plates 19 and/or by providing heating elements on the appropriate columns 18. |
