PURPOSE:To exclude easiness to get stained while improving operation efficiency by making many pores in the photosensitive-plate equipment surface of a thin box body and by making an air vent hole communicating with a vacuum pump at random positions of the said box body. CONSTITUTION:For photosensitive plate equipment, thin box body 4 having airtightness is used; and many pores 6 are made in photosensitive plate equipment surface 5 of box body 4, and further air vent hole 9 communicating with a vacuum pump via communication tube 8 are also made in the counter surface 7 of surface 5. As a result, when photosensitive plate 3 is equipped, photosensitive plate 3 is mounted at the prescribed position of thin box body 4 and the vacuum mechanism is put into operation. Consequently, since box body 4 is evacuated via air vent hole 9 to produce a vacuum, photosensitive plate 3 is adsorbed by many pores 6 and therefore fixed securely, so that while the operation becomes extremely efficient, the trouble that the adhesion by tapes causes easiness to get stained can completely be excluded. |
