PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker stand which can sufficiently radiate a sound even when the surface of a speaker box having a speaker is disposed downward, and in which the box can be disposed at a place having a stepwise difference. SOLUTION: The speaker stand comprises: a plurality of stages of grooves 1a, etc., extended in a horizontal direction oppositely disposed to surfaces of U-shaped legs 1; and a shelf plate 2 inserted into the grooves 1a, 1a.; and the speaker box supported by the plate 2 by using a plurality of the legs 1.
