摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost, space, and power consumption at a camera side, and display the composite video required by a user at each reception terminal in a network image transmission system providing a wide dynamic range video. SOLUTION: On a camera side, a long-time exposure video and a short-time exposure video are separately compressed and transmitted. On a reception terminal side, the transmitted data are separately expanded and composited with an optional ratio, and a wide dynamic range video is displayed. Thus, the function of compositing the long-time and the short-time exposure video and the function of transmitting a plurality of video information corresponding to a plurality of the reception terminals to the respective reception terminals becomes unnecessary.
