<p>Cells wherein the genome has been modified so that the activity of an enzyme relating to the sugar chain modification of binding the 1-position of fucose to the 6-position of a N-acetylglucosamine at the reducing end of a complex N-glycoside linked sugar chain via an α-bond is lowered, compared with the activity in the parent strain cells, or deleted; and a process for producing an antibody composition using these cells.</p> |
