PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptive array terminal capable of executing wireless communication while maintaining an excellent communication quality with an SDMA (Spatial Division Multiple Access) base station. SOLUTION: The adaptive array terminal 2000 is provided with: a reception adaptive array section 2030 for extracting a received signal from a base station by respectively multiplying a reception weight and the signals from antennas #AN1, #AN2 of an array antenna; an adaptive array section 2090 for giving a plurality of signals produced by multiplying a transmission weight and a transmission signal to each antenna of the adaptive array to form a transmission directivity; and a transmission weight calculation unit 2070 for calculating the transmission weight through the addition of a designated restricting condition depending on an instruction in the received signal.
