<p>The present invention relates to anti-human hepatoma monoclonal antibody HAb18 light and heavy chain variable region genes, and the polypeptide encoded by the same, as well as the use of the said gene and polypeptide preparing pharmaceutical compositions for diagnosing and treating tumor or inflammation. Based on the present anti-human hepatoma monoclonal antibody HAb18 light and heavy chain variable region genes, small molecule genetically engineered antibody can be constructed and expressed by genetically engineered methods, e.g. single strand antibody, chimeric antibody, Fab antibody etc, which are used for the purpose of diagnosis and treatment of hepatoma.</p> |
