PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase safety of a network by appropriately setting an information enviroment irrespective of each user's ability for setting. SOLUTION: An agent 800 collects setting information on an application program in a personal user system 100, transmits it to a provider device 200 as system-specific audit information A2, and sets in the application program the latest setting information or recommended setting information included in system-specific setting information A1 sent in return from the provider device 200.
