PURPOSE: Provided are an adhesive composition and an adhesive tape using the same which can be attached and detached repeatedly to a floor covering material and can leave no residual adhesives on the adherent surface or the floor. CONSTITUTION: The adhesive composition comprises: a base rubber consisting of 60 to 80 parts by weight of a natural rubber and 20 to 40 parts by weight of a synthetic rubber; 300 to 600 parts by weight of a solvent for dissolving the base rubber; 65 to 120 parts by weight of a tackifying agent consisting of a first C5-petroleum resin having a softening point of 85 to 90 deg.C and a second C5-petroleum resin having a softening point of 110 to 120 deg.C mixed in a weight ratio of 3:7; and 8 to 15 parts by weight of a plasticizer for preventing the solidification of the adhesive.
