A vacuum cleaner handle and a hose joining device are provided to maintain a rear neck perpendicularly to a front neck in order to position the centroid of a flexible hose in the lower part of a handle, thereby reducing work load. A vacuum cleaner handle(4) and a hose joining device(100) comprise a front neck and a rear neck. The front neck has a first and second handle neck(111,113). The first handle neck having a suction hole(4a) is extended from the handle. The second handle neck makes an inner space while being assembled with the first handle neck. The rear frame includes a first and second hose neck(131,133). The first hose neck has an opening(132) which is connected to the suction hole. The first hose neck is rotatably assembled in the inner space of the front neck. The second hose neck is extended from the outer surface of the first hose neck. The second hose neck is combined with a flexible hose(3).
