PURPOSE: A method is provided to achieve improved characteristics of the mesh screen and reinforced strength, while lengthening the useful life of the mesh screen. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a step(S1 to S3) of forming a mesh screen having a mesh structure; a step(S4) of plating the surface of the mesh screen with a first metal material; a step(S5) of performing a vacuum heat treatment to the mesh screen at a high temperature environment; a step(S6) of plating the surface of the mesh screen with a second metal material; and a step(S7) of coating the surface of the mesh screen with a photocatalytic material. The first metal material is nickel and the second metal material is silver.
