PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of sublimation heat transfer sheet for PCM steel plate is provided to obtain a sublimation heat transfer surface in the satisfactory state and efficiently heat transfer solid surface, plane and edge surface of the PCM steel plate as performing transfer process using sublimation heat transfer, and the sublimation heat transfer sheet for PCM steel plate manufactured by the method is provided. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of sublimation heat transfer sheet for PCM steel plate comprises sheet manufacturing step of manufacturing a removable matrix to perform sublimation heat transfer on front and rear surfaces of the PCM steel plate; delamination layer manufacturing step of forming delamination layer to separate the sheet smoothly by coating a mixture of acrylic resin, polyethylene wax, surfactant and dichloropropane on the surface of sheet manufactured in the sheet manufacturing step; and ink layer manufacturing step of coating a mixture prepared by stirring celluloid acryl resin with additive and sublimation dye on the delamination layer and forming a plurality of layers for exhibiting patterns on the surface of an object of the PCM steel plate using gravure printing copper plate on which various patterns are electronically engraved after forming the delamination layer. The sublimation heat transfer sheet for PCM steel plate comprises a sheet adhered to sublimation heat transfer layer to protect sublimation heat transfer layer; a delamination layer formed by coating a mixture of acrylic resin, polyethylene wax, surfactant and dichloropropane on the surface of the sheet to a certain thickness to strip the sheet easily after transfer; and an ink layer formed by coating a mixture prepared by stirring celluloid acryl resin with additive and sublimation dye on the delamination layer to a certain thickness so that various patterns are exhibited on the surface of an object of the PCM steel plate.
