PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting device for a finder optical system which is constituted by considering the problem of a conventional real image type finder and by which the difference of diopter and parallax are easily adjusted. SOLUTION: The real image type finder optical system equipped with a fixed 1st objective L1 nearest to a subject side is provided with one guide shaft 21 supporting the objective L1 to freely move and turn in an optical axis direction through a lens holding frame 31, a finder block housing 51 supporting the subject side end of the shaft 21 and one tension spring 17 energizing to move the objective L1 along the shaft 21 through the frame 31 and also energizing to turn it with the shaft 21 as an axis.
