<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide seasoned laver having a taste of sweetened vinegar, creating proper balance between an acid taste and a sweet taste, which has not been available, by enforcing a rate of the acid taste with vinegar as a main ingredient. <P>SOLUTION: The seasoned laver properly balanced in the acid taste and the sweet taste is provided by applying dripping a reasoning liquid for tasting to plate laver and subsequently spraying powdery vinegar.
