PURPOSE: To stabilize ground, by combining an alkali silicate aqueous solution with a hydrogencarbonate aqueous solution and mixing sodium hydrogencarbonate and potasium hydrogencarbonate at a specified ratio and using it at a specified ratio against the silicate in a chemical solution. CONSTITUTION: An alkali silicate aqueous solution is combined with a hydrogencarbonate aqueous solution and the gelling time is set in the range from ten and several seconds to several minutes. In this case, a mixture of sodium hydrogencarbonate and p potasium hydrogencarbonate is used as a curing agent. The ratio of quantity ranges from 56:44 to 75:25 in the weight ratio of sodium hydrogencarbonate and potasium hydrogencarbonate. 40-60 pts.wt. hydrogencarbonate is combined with 100 pts.wt. silica dioxide in a chemical solution. In this way, the strength of the cured material is well brought out and the syneresis phenomenon is reduced and the syneresis water separated from the cured material is reduced to safely and securely stabilize the ground. |
