FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of skips providing possibility of their unloading. Proposed skip unloading device contains shutter being front wall of skip. Shutter is made in form of higher trays installed one over the other for turning in hinges relative to posts-braces. The latter are installed between side walls secured on frame of skip. Said trays are provided with sides on cantilever parts of which pins with rollers are installed, each roller contacting with spring-loaded bar. Bar has two stable positions. In one of positions bar prevents opening of tray, locking it in dead zone, and in other position, it permits opening of tray under action of load in skip. Bar is moved owing to engagement with stop located on head frame in place of unloading of skip. EFFECT: provision of step-by-step unloading of skip starting from top. 2 dwg |
