INPUT DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CORRECTING COORDINATE VALUE

PURPOSE: An input device and a method for correcting a coordinate value are provided to discriminate a multiple input according to input speeds calculated based on an inputted time in the case that a plurality of inputs are generated. CONSTITUTION: A calculation unit(100) calculates an input speed based on each coordinate value and input time corresponded to a plurality of inputs. A comparison unit(110) compares the input speed with a predetermined standard speed. A coordinate value correction unit(130) corrects a coordinate value corresponded to an input after the first input with respect to the plurality of inputs. If the input speed is faster than the standard speed, a control unit(120) executes a control for correcting the coordinate value with respect to the input after the first input. The calculation unit(100) calculates the coordinate value and the input speed corresponded to the input after the first input with respect to the plurality of inputs. In the case that the calculated input speed is faster than the standard speed, the control unit(120) executes a control for correcting the coordinate value corresponded to the input after the first input.
