PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit destination information which is information of a person who has to receive (not always a person who carries out receiving operation) an ejected copying paper on a remote reception side from a transmission side to the reception side and to print the destination information to the end of a copy job on the receiving side with a print surface facing up, in a remote copy. SOLUTION: When performing remote copy, a destination is selected from an address book registered in advance, and destination information is transmitted to a remote destination at the end of image data transmission. The destination information of this time includes a transmission date in addition to a name and a section ID stored in the address book.
