PURPOSE: An electrolyzer of cobalt contained sintered compact is provided which has high separation efficiency compared to an existing electrolyzer by well separating tungsten carbides in the solid powder state from the sintered compact at the same time when cobalt is dissolved. CONSTITUTION: The electrolyzer(1) of cobalt contained sintered compact is characterized in that an electrolyzing barrel(10) is constructed in a cylinder shape, the electrolyzing barrel fixed by the bracket is installed on an inclination plate(4) having an angle less than perpendicularity after fixing the rear of the electrolyzing barrel by a bracket(8), and rotation shaft(7) of a motor(6) is connected to the bracket(8) so that the electrolyzing barrel is rotated in an inclined angle, wherein the electrolyzing barrel comprises separate anode vessel(11) and cathode vessel(12), a plurality of holes are formed on the anode vessel, the anode vessel(11) is fixed into the cathode vessel(12) with spaced apart from each other in a certain gap, the inclination plate is installed at one side of a horizontal base plate(2) so that a hinge(3) is formed at a part where the inclination plate(4) is connected to the base plate, an adjusting screw(5) and a handle(5') are installed between the base plate(2) and the inclination plate to enable angle controlling, and rotational speed of the motor(6) rotating the electrolyzing barrel(10) can be controlled.
