PURPOSE: A cooling water supplying apparatus for flame hardening is provided to improve quality of heat treatment by preventing quality deterioration of heat treatment due to hand shaking of worker during flame hardening and supplying cooling water accurately. CONSTITUTION: The cooling water supplying apparatus(100) for flame hardening comprises a rod shaped supporting member(10); a heat treating torch(20) connected to the front end part of the supporting member; a gas pipe(21) for supplying gas to the heat treating torch; a cooling water sprayer(30) coupled to a certain position of the supporting member and connected to a channel(31) through which cooling water passes to cool a working object(23) by spraying cooling water(33) onto the object; and a cooling water pressure maintaining means(40) installed at a certain position of the channel to supply cooling water to the cooling water sprayer at an equal pressure, wherein the cooling water sprayer comprises a flexible metal hose(35), a spray part(37) and a flow rate control valve(39), wherein the cooling water pressure maintaining means(40) comprises a constant pressure unit(41) and a motor(43), wherein a trembling prevention means for preventing trembling of the supporting member is installed at a part adjacent to the heat treating torch, and wherein the trembling prevention means comprises a post member(51) and a roller member(53).
