The invention relates to an expandable interluminal device (1) for widening a receptacle, and has substantially the shape of a hollow cylinder with thin walls, the surface area of which is shaped like a net and bounded by segments (4,5). It has expandable stay configurations (3), each enclosing a recess. The rows, which extend axially (2), are connected to each other by segment-shaped coupling links (6) which extend in circumferential direction. The coupling links (6) are in each case fixed in the centre of the axially extending segments (4) by the segment configurations (3), which are adjacently arranged in circumferential direction and each enclose a recess. The expandable segment configurations (3, 12), which are arranged in rows (2, 13) and each enclose a recess, have a constriction (7, 7') substantially directed perpendicularly to their longitudinal axis. |
