PURPOSE: A device for initializing and inspecting a flash memory of a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) used in a mobile communication terminal is provided to initialize the flash memory and automatically inspect the PCB, after a component mounting process is completed, so as to prevent loss of data recorded in the flash memory. CONSTITUTION: A temporary board mounting unit(20) temporarily mounts a PCB in which a mounting process of components including a not-initialized flash memory is completed. A flash memory initializer(22) loads the PCB mounted on the temporary board mounting unit(20) to inspect inferiority of components in logic parts among components mounted on the PCB, and initializes a flash memory to record data according to a version of a mobile communication terminal in the flash memory. A function inspector(24) inspects functions of the initialized flash memory and a wireless frequency part of the PCB. A marker(26) marks a version of the flash memory on the initialized flash memory, and marks inferiority on the PCB including an inferior component if at least one of functions of the components in logic parts, the flash memory and the wireless frequency part is inferior. And an inferior board mounting unit(28) separately mounts the inferiority-marked PCB for the distinction of a user.
