Equipment for calibrating extruded plastic profiles includes one or more fluid-cooled calibrating dies each comprising an upper part (1), two side parts (2,3) and a lower part(4) enclosing the calibrating chamber (5). The lower part (4) is connected to a block (6) with channels for supplying fluid and vacuum. The side parts (2,3) of the die are retained by a holder (10) on the block (6) and the holder also has a hinge point into which the upper part (1) can be hooked to allow a swivelling action. |
