PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing ring adhering and fixing method allowing a rolling bearing ring to be adhered and fixed to a shaft without giving dispersion to the rotating torque of a bearing unit. SOLUTION: When an inner ring of a rolling bearing is adhered and fixed to the outer periphery face of the shaft in a preload granted condition, the rotating torque of the bearing unit 1 is measured by a torque sensor 25 before the inner ring is adhered and fixed. After the preload is adjusted so that the measured value is a preset value, the inner ring is adhered and fixed to the outer periphery face of the shaft.
