The transporting frame (1) consists of a rectangular bottom (2) to which are connected two side sections (3,4) which each comprise two vertical hollow posts (13). Each side section is pivotable around at least one axis installed on the posts and extending parallel to the bottom and to the side sections. The axes extend on the inner side of the post or through the posts. The pivot angle is approximately 180 degrees of approximately 90 degrees. Each axis may lie approximately in the middle of the overall outer length of the posts.
