PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing LSI in which the indication on a display is not troubled even when there is a defect in one part of a RAM. SOLUTION: In the saved contents of a ROM 3, which is an address scrambler, different addresses are distributed to the defective spots of a RAM 5 for every frame.
