PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a massed large storage space within an underground pipe having a plurality of stored lines of cables. SOLUTION: A cable presser 7 is inserted into an underground pipe 1 where a plurality of lines of cables 3 and 5 are stored expanded by adding pressure therein, and the plurality of lines of cables 3 and 5 are pressed against an inwall 1a of the underground pipe 1 by a expansive force, whereby a massed large storage space 9 continuous in the longitudinal direction is formed inside.
