PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable transcription or the like of input items to a plurality of electronic forms by a process completed in an environment such as a terminal device used by a user during input work to an electronic form. SOLUTION: When the user specifies an electronic form, displays it on a user terminal and carries out input to input fields, input data are stored in a temporary storage file. Input data to the plurality of electronic forms are also stored in the same temporary storage file. The input data in the temporary storage file can be inputted and outputted to input data from the plurality of electronic forms. Consequently, input data inputted in an electronic form is automatically transcribed when a next selected electronic form is opened.
