PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a motion of a movable part. SOLUTION: A magnetic member 25 is formed in nearly circularly, and mounted on a movable part 11 which is supported by a support shaft part 14 rotatably in the shaft rotating direction and slidably in the shaft direction and also holding the movable part at neutral positions both in focusing direction and in tracking direction. The above magnetic member is mounted on the movable part in a state that its central axis 25d is slanted by a prescribed angle to the orthogonal direction of the tracking direction with respect to a central axis 18a of a supported hole 18 of the movable part to which the support shaft is to be inserted.
