The device is made in a single piece with the rear (1) designed as a H-shaped inflatable cushion (5) with a valve (5a) in the center for being adjusted to the individual needs of the patient. Two padded areas (4) with two horizontal seams are positioned adjacent to the cushion (5) and provided with extensions (3) made of strips of Velcro (RTM) in order to be fastened at the front and to support the chin of the user.
