PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for air conditioning and hot water supply by using a water heat source heat pump stably supplying heat with a high efficiency. SOLUTION: In this method for air conditioning and hot water supply by using the water heat source heat pump, hot-spring waste hot water is used as a heat source, river water is used as a cooling heat source, and underground heat is used as an auxiliary heat source in the operation of the heat pump.
