PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storing method for storing the inner diameter of tire sponge mousse annular element in an inner diameter capable of being easily loaded for a long term, and a storing tool. SOLUTION: A storing tool 10 fixed with a storing ring element 12 having 100% to 125% outer peripheral length of the most outer peripheral length of an attached rim is provided on a base plate 11 made by thick paper. The storing ring element 12 is disposed in an inner peripheral side of a tire sponge mousse annular element 3. When the sponge mousse annular element 3 contracts, the sponge mousse annular element 3 is stored while the sponge mousse annular element 3 and the storing ring element 12 are tightly contacted with each other.
