PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem with such electronic equipment that equipment body is opened to a specified tilt angle that the equipment body becomes instable since a gear is disengaged when an impact force is given to the equipment body in a direction that the equipment body is further opened. SOLUTION: An arm 2 comprises a main arm 2a and an extension arm 2b. The main arm 2a is slidably supported on an attitude control member 13, and the extension arm 2b is rotatably supported on the equipment body 1. A fitting hole 4 is formed in the main arm 2a, and a fitting projection 7 fitted to the fitting hole 4 is formed on the extension arm 2b. When the impact force exceeding a range in which the equipment body is tiltable is given to the equipment body 1 when the equipment body is used, the state of the fitting state is released, and the extension arm 2b is extended to further increase the tilt angle of the equipment body 1.
