PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized meander line with enhanced characteristics to eliminate the need for an air-bridge. SOLUTION: A two-layer structure comprising a board 1b and a dielectric film 1a thereon is adopted for a dielectric board 1, an earthing ground 5 is used for the first layer conductor and a line conductor 3 is used for the second layer conductor. The earthing ground 5 is a conductor for configure a flat plate capacitor with a bent part of the line conductor 3 by using the dielectric film 1a for the dielectric layer, and connected to a ground plane 2 by a through- hole conductor 6. Loading the flat plate on the bent part can reduce the line conductor 2 and relax the impedance discontinuity at the bent part. The air- bridge in a coplanar structure can be replaced with the through-hole conductor 6. |
