PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail processor accurately transmitting an instruction of a process from a transmission side to a reception side, and reducing a problem by the instruction of the process in display, print or transfer. SOLUTION: A generation part 12 of a transmission-side device 1 generates multipart electronic mail wherein description of a process command instructing the process of the electronic mail is included in one or more parts different from a body part. The electronic mail is sent to a reception-side device 2 from a communication part 11 via a network 3. The reception-side device 2 receives the electronic mail via a communication part 21, and a processing part 22 executes various kinds of the processes such as the transfer process of the electronic mail according to the process command described in the one or more parts from the multipart electronic mail. Because the process command is written in another part different from the body, the process command is not deleted in a mail server, and is not printed, displayed, transferred nor falsified together with the body.
