The grave plot border has edge sections formed by beams(1) which are provided with housings(16,17,20,21) and plug-in elements by which the beams are at least partially interconnected by form locking. The beams have the same width, and the first beam has two spaced apart protrusions(34,35) extending at right angles of the base(12). A recess(33) is provided between the two protrusions and has stepped side walls(26,28). The first beam is constructed mirror-symmetrical to its transverse center plane.
