PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output completion ending recognition device for game media which enables accurate recognition of the end of putting out of a specified number of game media by an output means, and a game machine. SOLUTION: When the putting out of game balls per a base unit is ended, a sub CPU of an output control board outputs a machine terminal dispensing end signal EXS indicating the ending. The machine terminal dispensing end signal EXS is inputted into the fifth terminal of a terminal board CN6 through a photo MOS relay PR12 and further into a prepaid card unit through a CR connection board connected to the terminal board CN6. Regardless of changes in the machine terminal dispensing end signal EXS caused by noises, the photo MOS relay PR12 will not operate only about 1 ms at its maximum to prevent the machine terminal dispensing end signal EXS changed by the noises from being inputted to the prepaid card unit. Thus, there is no fear that the prepaid card unit may subtract the balance of a prepaid card based on the signal changed by the noises.
