PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous decision of data by eliminating influence of noise of a power supply voltage waveform caused by fluctuations of a power supply voltage. SOLUTION: An IC card is provided with an antenna part 30 for transmitting information and power with a reader/writer, a rectifying part 31 for rectifying a carrier wave to obtain power, a Manchester demodulating part 32 for demodulating a reception signal and also being able to stop its demodulation operation, a decoding part 33 for decoding the demodulated signal to obtain information, an encoding part 34 for encoding information to be transmitted, a modulating part 35 for modulating the encoded signal, a processing part 36 for performing processing according to received information, and a memory part 37 for storing information. The IC card is provided with a demodulation stopping means 39 for stopping demodulation operation at an NRZ point of variation corresponding to bit delimitation of transmission data among points of variation of a reception signal, and the decoding part performs decoding based on the stop of demodulation operation by the demodulating stopping means. |
