PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital power amplifier wherein miniaturization, large output, high efficiency and low consumption power are realized by adopting a single power source and making it possible to ground an output. SOLUTION: The power amplifier is provided with switches SW1-4 which are connected annularly, a load connection part for connecting a load between a connection point of adjacent switches SW1, SW2 and a connection point of the switches SW3, SW4, a power source connection part for applying a voltage between a connection point of adjacent switches SW1, SW4 and a connection point of the switches SW2, SW3, a grounding part for grounding the connection point of the adjacent switches SW3, SW4, a signal processing means for converting an input signal into a digital signal of four circuits, a driving means for controlling switching operation of the switches SW1-4 according to the digital signal from the signal processing means, an isolating means for isolating electrically the signal processing means from the driving means, and a feedback means for feeding back a signal at the connection point of the adjacent switches SW1, SW2 to the signal processing means.
