PURPOSE: A device and method for selective accumulation of volatility (aromatic compounds) component when herb drugs distillation are provided to extract only aromatic compounds without unpleasant odor. CONSTITUTION: The method is characterized in that a vapor generated in the temperature range of 50 to 59°C at a pressure of 1.2 atm is converted to liquid and discarded; and a vapor (aromatic compounds) generated at higher than 60°C is collected in liquid.
