PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm device that can arrest an intruder on the spot with simple constitution. SOLUTION: When a notice cancellation measure by a notification release means 22 of a telephone 12 is not taken even after the lapse of a fixed time after detecting the presence of a human body by an infrared detecting part, a specific notification place 18 is notified of the occurrence of an emergency by a notifying means 21. The notification place 18 can thereby take necessary measures to arrest the intruder on the spot where the emergency occurred. The intruder can thereby be arrested on the spot with simple constitution of only adding a notifying means 21 and a notification release means 22 to the telephone 12.
