PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding an insert capable of surely inserting a bent tip part of a terminal into a mold and shortening a required time for inserting it into the mold. SOLUTION: When a bus bar 152 in which a plurality of terminals 4 bent by press are intermittently provided in parallel with a predetermined space is took out, the bus bar 152 is held by shifting chuck claws 2c which are formed in a comb like shape to the outer peripheral side faces 41c of bent parts of the terminals 4 after lowering the chuck claws 2c in the vicinity of the outer peripheral side faces 41c, the manner in which the terminals 4 bend is corrected, this bus bar 152 is transferred to the mold, and the bent tip parts of the terminals 4 are inserted into insertion holes which are provided in the mold.
