<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-phase antiphase bias device whose vibration and temperature stabilities are superior and to provide an optical-fibering interfer ence sensor whose sensitivity can be adjusted, without using a sophisticated control means. SOLUTION: A nonphaseπ/2 antiphase bias device of a one-plane-polarization is realized, in such a way that a first polarizer, a first Faraday rotation element, a quarter-wave plate, a second Faraday rotation element and a second polarizer are arranged in succession in an optical path. The bias device and two or more non-polarization elements are inserted into the halfway part in the loop of a loop-shaped optical fiver, in the interference sensor.</p> |
