PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance stability and reliability of action by carrying out cost down, miniaturization and weight saving of whole apparatus and enabling smooth and sure approach (leaving) to branched rail even by long-term use. SOLUTION: This automatic carrying apparatus for milking units comprises installing branched part 3j for joining the branched rail to a main rail 2 by incurvating the branched rail 3 to a carrying direction H of the main rail 2, a movable rail part 6 capable of connecting upstream 2f side of the main rail 2 to the branched part 3j to the downstream 2r side of the main rail 2 or connecting the downstream 2r side of the main rail 2 to the branched rail 3 side, plural position detecting parts 7, 8 and 9 for detecting that milking units 5a and 5b passed through previously set position and a controller 10 for controlling traveling of milking units 5a and 5b by detection of these position detecting parts 7, 8 and 9 on a guide rail part 4. |
