PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation system capable of performing ventilation of a living room space, including a living room located directly below an attic space and fully saving energy. SOLUTION: A ventilation system, for ventilating the internal part of a building 10 is provided with a living room space 20 and an attic space 30 being the upper part of the living room 20, is provided with a passage space exhaust port 29A for exhausting from the living room 20 to the attic space 30, an exhaust port 31 in the vicinity of a ridge to effect exhaust from the attic space 30 to the external part of the building 10 and an exhaust port 32 and an eaves exhaust port 32. The passage space exhaust port 29A is provided with a ventilation device 40, having a fan 43 to forcibly supply air in the living space 20 in the attic space 30. Air in the attic space 30 is pushed out through the ventilation ports 31 and 32 to the outside of the building 10, by means of the air fed from the living space 20 by the fan 43. Thus, the living space 20 can be ventilated via the attic space 30.
