PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a spare seedling-carrying frame to be controlled in a retreated posture. SOLUTION: The spare seedling-carrying frame 12 comprising a pair of front and rear supporters 17F and 17R, and a spare seedling-carrying platform 18 supported by the supporters 17F and 17R is arranged at the side of a front hood 10 so as to be freely turned between an operating posture positioned at the side of the hood 10, and a retreated posture retreated from the side of the hood 10 by using one of the supporters 17 as a fulcrum shaft and by opening the side of the hood 10. A fixing means for fixing the spare seedling- carrying frame 12 to the operation posture by acting on the other supporter 17F is installed, and a controlling means for controlling the turn from the retreated posture to the operation posture of the spare seedling-carrying frame 12 by automatically engaging a protrusion with a depression part according to the turning of the spare seedling-carrying frame 12 from the operation posture to the retreated posture is installed.
