PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, in the so-called '24-hour bath', in which since the bathtub water is kept warm continuously over a long period of time, dirt, Legionella bacteria, and the like are produced in the bathtub, and further bactericide or algicide leaves chemical odor, and those chemicals becoming a matter of concern in environmental pollution. SOLUTION: The heat insulation equipment is provided with a heater for keeping water 3 warm in the bathtub 3, a built-in timer 5 for setting the insulation time of the heater 4, a timer 6 for controlling the power source of the heater 4, and a float switch 7. The float switch 7 operates to set the timer 5 from off to on-state, upon the bathtub 2 being filled with the water 3. Once the timer 5 is turned off, the timer 5 cannot be reset, unless the water 3 is once replaced afresh.
